After trying to install the Simple Discord Link Bot I noticed that it wasn't able to be installed due to a missing dependency from this lib.

Thanks for reviewing the issue and keep up the good work with the mods.

@hypherionmc sounds like the dependency json got messed up. It works fine on other builds clearly

Hi there.

We stopped supporting forge after 1.20.4, for many, many reasons, so no builds or even code exists for 1.21+. We only support NeoForge and Fabric from 1.21.

Unfortunately, due to the way curseforge and even modrinth works, we have no way of changing the loader tags after 1.21. While SDLink itself is a "universal jar", it runs on craterlib itself. To fix the tags, we'd need to publish two separate jars to clear the forge tag from 1.21+.

Just for interest sake though, any specific reason for using Forge over NeoForge?

Oh ok. Good to know that it isn't being maintained in Forge version anymore.

Tbh, I have been using Forge for years now, never migrated to NeoForge and just recently I tried creating a new server on 1.21 and noticed that the Discord Link Bot was throwing an error due to incompatible version.

It seems that I will need to create a server on NeoForge then.

Thanks again for the fast response.

I see. Yeah pretty much everyone jumped ship to NeoForge in 1.21. Some started earlier already.

Some mods and packs stuck to forge, but with each upgrade the amount of available mods decrease. Even some fabric mods started coming back to NeoForge
